Ismael H. F. Santos                                      

Ismael Santos works for Petrobras (Brazilian Oil company) since 1987. He has a PhD in Computer Graphics, specialized in Virtual Reality, at Pontificial Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC-Rio, Brazil. He has a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ, Brazil.

 

Main research areas: Scientific Workflows for High Performance Computing; Distributed Virtual Environments, Collaborative Scientific Visualization, Virtual and Augmented Reality and Real-Time Visualization of Large and Massive CAD models.
